  They don't delivered my order and on the app is showing is delivered i trying to phone the shop but nobody answer, they take the money but no food, very very bad experience and now I don't get my money back, because nobody answer, so what can I do?

  Very horrible set of people . Ordered through uber eats and i wasn’t getting any update like i usually do and when i phoned the store i was told my order has been picked up. I called them about three times they told me it wasn’t my problem and that it was picked up by uber eats. Luckily i was able to reach uber eats and was told the restaurant was to deliver and not them and that was why i wasn’t getting any update and i called the store later to confront them to only see that i have been blocked. Luckily for me uber eats refunded me back. Scams!!!!!!!!!!!!! And very poor customer service

  Half my order was delivered cold, driver told me to call about missing food, told by staff to wait 10 minutes whilst she called the driver, while my meal went colder, never called back, when I called back she said the driver said he delivered it. I asked if she was calling me a liar to which she replied she was just confirming I received my order. I told her again I hadn’t and the boy that was delivered was cold. I asked for a replacement meal, she said no, I asked for the manager she said no, then said she was the manager, I asked for her name, she told me manager, I said no the name you were born with, she said she doesn’t have to give me her name. Said the owner would refund the missing food in 7-10 week ring days. I said not good enough, just replace the cold meal you delivered. She said it wasn’t them it was uber. I didn’t order from uber, she said but they only have one driver so are using uber. Was extremely rude and unhelpful. I intend to report to the franchise as this behaviour is totally unacceptable. We spent almost £40 and from reading the reviews it sounds like we are not alone!!!!
